Apprenticeship Award Winner

We need more attractive apprenticeships to ensure enough skilled employees in the future. This is the attitude of Ole Almeborg A/S in Hasle, which currently has four apprentices out of the company's total of 66 employees. Ole Almeborg A/S therefore receives DI Bornholm's Apprenticeship Award 2022.

- We have a huge interest in continuously securing the right employees for the future. We can only do that by offering attractive apprenticeships and taking good care of our apprentices, says Michael Almeborg, CEO.

At Ole Almeborg A/S, we prepare an action plan for each apprentice, which supports their strengths and helps with their weaknesses. With us, the apprentices come through all workplaces in our factory and are able to follow a product from start to finish.

The Apprenticeship Award 2022 was presented on Thursday 25/8 by Mayor Jacob Trøst and Michael Bladt, CEO at Hasle Refractories A/S and representative of DI Bornholm.

(DI is the Confederation of Danish Industry - a private business and employers' organisation representing approximately 19,000 companies in Denmark).
