I have sold Ole Almeborg A/S to JENSEN-GROUP as of October 16, 2023.
Ole Almeborg A/S was founded by my father in 1967, and I celebrated my own 40th anniversary with the company in 2021. Our industry has undergone significant changes, and I have therefore decided that it's time to secure the future of Ole Almeborg A/S.
Over the past few years, I have explored opportunities for a sale. It is important to me that the company remains in Bornholm's hands and, most importantly, that all jobs are preserved. Therefore, the sale to Jensen-Group was an obvious opportunity I couldn't refuse.
The sale means that I will be stepping down at the end of October. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our valued customers, partners, and employees who have been a part of the Almeborg journey.
